The vestals of Nocera
4 Luppoli Lager.
Recipe ingredients:(for 4 people)
20 Onions of Nocera d.o.p.
4 slices of Tuscan bread
1 dl of wine
2 dl of 4 Luppoli Premium Lager
60 g of butter
30 g of sugar
Cook the onions of Nocera, glaze with butter and sugar.
Stir in wine and beer 4 luppoli Premium Lager, pepper, cooking until reduced, filter and use it to finish the onions of Nocera glaze, then cool them, cut them lengthwise and stuff them always in the same way with sticks.
Place on the bread slices the onions of Nocera placing them upright and decorate.
