Slice of cod in 3 Luppoli with peppers and onions

Recipe ingredients:

(for 4 people)

4 slices of fillet of soaked cod of about 120 g each
A red pepper varieties Carmagnola "Quadrato"
A green pepper varieties Carmagnola "Quadrato"
A yellow onion
33 cl of 3 Luppoli beer
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Laurel to taste
Sugar to taste

Preparation:
