Meatballs of Luganega with batter of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli and Mustard
5 Luppoli Bock Chiara.
(for 4 people)
100 g of Luganega of Trentino sausage
30 g of mustard seeds
Peanut oil to taste
30 dl of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli
100 g of wheat flour type 00
Salt to taste
Take off the skin from the Luganega of Trentino sausage and with it make small balls, dip in a batter of flour, Bock Chiara 5 luppoli, mustard seeds, salt and pepper. Fry in peanut oil heated to 180° C.
Serve the meatballs on embossed paper.
