Recipe ingredients:
500 g of Bitto d.o.p. 7 years old
Black and white sesame seeds to taste
Bock Chiara 5 luppoli to taste
Preparation:
Toast the sesame seeds in oven at 180° C. Cut the Bitto d.o.p. into cubes, dip in the Bock Chiara 5 luppoli and pass them in the toasted sesame seeds making them stick to the surface of the cheese.
Presentation:
Spear each cube with a skewer and place three of them in each pot.
