Prawns and gongorzola d.o.p. cheese

Recipe ingredients:

(for 4 people)


200 g Gorgonzola d.o.p. cheese
50 g of mascarpone cheese
8 large and fresh prawns
160 g celeriac
8 cl of olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 dl of fresh cream
A lemon zest

Preparation:

Clean the prawns, place them on a cutting board, cover with a layer of plastic wrap and beat with a meat mallet, then dress and marinate them with salt, extra virgin olive oil and a little pepper.
Mix Gorgonzola and mascarpone cheeses, then whisk and dilute with cream until a smooth cream.
Cook the celery root and obtain a puree passing it through a sieve.

Presentation:

Place the Gorgonzola and mascarpone cream on the bottom of the pot, then lie down over the seasoned prawns and a quenelle of celery root puree and lemon zest.
